Remember the last day on "Goodfellas?" The day when Henry Hill got busted? He knew it was gonna be a bad day because he had a million things to do and was running around all over the place. That's sorta how I feel about today. I've got a plate full of things to accomplish and I'm gonna be running around like the proverbial headless chicken.
This morning (right now actually), I gotta finish a bunch of voiceovers for work that probably shoulda been done by Tuesday (it's not my fault--I didn't get them until Tuesday and I've had other, unexpected responsibilities). I need to drop my car off at The Fortress and get a ride back to work. Softball class is scheduled for noon. I may or may not have to give a tour of our facilities around one. There's gonna be a live shot during tonight's news which requires my presence. I gotta take our satellite truck home tonight. I need to swing by Walgreen's for deodorant; Food4Less for Pepsi; and Rite-Aid for hair wax. I hafta pack for Vegas when I get home. I gotta watch "The OC" tonight. And then I need about five hours of sleep before I hit the road tomorrow morning.
It's gonna be a long day--I just hope I don't have helicopters following me.
