    Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Look, up in the sky. It's a bird; it's a plane. It's Superman!

    I can hardly contain myself. I'm downright giddy. Who woulda thunk it--two powerful, life-alter movies made specifically for me coming out back-to-back years. Three--if you wanna include "Kong." Last year I got all warm and gushy over the final "Star Wars;" this year I get "Superman" ("Transformers" is supposed to come out next year but that in no way has the same excitement factor).

    Ah...Superman. For those who can't tell, I've got a slight inclination towards Superman (I know, I hide it well). It's nothing major. I've only named my home after The Fortress of Solitude; have a set of Superman dinner glasses; and have been wearing nothing but Superman shirts for the past week. You might say I have a bit of a Superman complex, but in all actuality I'm just a fan.

    Tonight's the big night. I'm gonna catch a midnight screening with some cronies. It's gonna be great.
